I have over 30 years experience in IT and working with the IBM iSeries. My career began with IBM in 1990 as a custom software developer for the AS/400 and Systems Engineer (SE). I then moved on to a AS/400 Software Company where I worked as a Software Designer on the development team. My team created one of the first "Client/Server" applications for the AS/400 in 1996 using a Visual Basic Client on Windows 95. My career took many different paths over the years which exposed me to Relation Database Design, Object Oriented Programming, Web Design and Development and Systems Integration between many different platforms. I've worked with RPG from RPG II on the S/35 to RPG Free on the Power i. I have converted or modernized many legacy systems and have specialized tools to help with Documentation and Migration of software logic and data.
