• 23 years on IBM i and predecessors iSeries, AS/400 and System/38 - for QSECOFR administration, programming, RPGLE, RPG Free, CL, DDS, DB2, IFS, SEU, PDM, DBU, FTP, backups, DR, LPARs, BRMS, HCM.
• 16 years as the senior IT director/manager in international manufacturing companies, (with Xaloy and Tuscarora until they were bought by larger companies).
• Communicating with and leading change through all levels of an organization
• Led IT integrations for 40 acquisitions – 38 with Tuscarora, 1 with Xaloy, 1 with Nordson.
• 4 years Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 experience - Led selection and implementation - 6 sites, 175 users in US, Europe, Asia - Project management, program management, implementation partner management, steering committee, cloud hosting, security, user setup. 
• 10 years JD Edwards World A8.1 Financials experience including Technical Manager and Co-Project Manager for implementation in US, UK, and Mexico.
• 12 years SSA BPCS Financials experience including implementation in US & UK
• 4 years SAP experience.
