I started out on the AS/400 platform in 1994 as a system operator. Over the years I have continued on working on the platform as well as taking on additional responsibilities that included oversight of multiple platforms that included Windows desktop, Windows server, Linux, AIX, and AS/400. Most recently I managed a team of 20 system administrators and technicians that included multiple locations and data centers in providing call center and hosting services to utility based clients.
I have led various projects that included a data center relocation, hardware upgrades to IBM Power systems for both AIX and IBM i, AD domain migrations, transition from on-prem exchange to Office 365, and more.
Due to family reasons, I am looking for an open position that I can work remotely as either a system administrator, IT Director, or CIO.
