I am a Senior Systems Analyst Programmer with over 10 years of experience on iSeries using RPG/RPGILE, CLLE, and SQL. I have been extensively involved in the design, development and implementation of software across various sectors, including that of the banking, accounting and finance, credit bureau, and telecommunications industries.
My most recent role was at Equifax USA in Auckland, New Zealand, where I was involved in developing software for the Comprehensive Credit Reporting system. This required analysis and design expertise in the preparation of internal program specifications, unit testing and software walkthroughs, and in the timely implementation of software instructions for the generation of credit reports for various institutions and clients. I am therefore able to ensure efficiency and adherence to deadlines, whilst also maintaining effective collaboration with my team members.
My previous role was the development of the ICMS software and worked in Wellington, New Zealand between August 1998 to December 2002 and moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to work for the same ICMS software from January 2003 to December 2013. I have performed the analysis, development and support , Unit Testing and presentation of developed software to stakeholders. To name some of the ICMS software areas covered were Billing / Plant and Provisioning / Fault Management / Workforce Management / Held Order Management / Third Party APIs using MQ series.
