- Keep management informed of work activities , Schedules and issue status
- Participate in AS400 proposals.
- SOW creation as per the project requirement
- Participate in technical discussions/review.
- responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions for other AS400 projects
- Conducting performance appraisals
- Responsible for work allocation to the team members.
- Responsible for shift roaster: Preparing the shift and planning of time- offs, comp-offs for the team.
- Setup weekly calls with team to disclose any pending issues
- Set-up Bi-weekly meetings with customer for any pending activities, planned activities and for continue improvement.
- Co-coordinate with vendors for AS400 Infrastructure upgrade
- Co-ordinate with vendors for contract renewals
