Project management. Managed multiple projects simultaneously with budgets of up to $600,000.00, effectively coordinating activities of cross-functional teams across all business units. 7 years total in Retail with Value City using WMS and Oddlots/Biglots. 5 years im warehouse management and distribution for other commodities.

 

Business Analysis. Across many platforms to resolve issues and effectively implement. Designed solutions for a multiple warehouse sales analysis tool. Analyzed and implemented may warehouse and inventory control solution’s. and some ecommerce. 

 

Designed, wrote, and implemented a complete Mapics system for Airstream Corp including Production control and inventory management, bill of materials maintenance, sales analysis and management, purchasing, and cost analysis. Warehouse & inventory control and production inventory control.

 

Developed and tested a complete disaster recovery program for a manufacturing facility to ensure system/data availability from a complete disaster within 24 hours.  Met all requirements and met both FDA and DEA requirements. Complete installation of ERP systems. 

 

Evaluated, selected and implemented NuTech bar coding system using Intermec hardware for a manufacturing and distribution facility with lot controlled date sensitive products.  The new system increased inventory and production control while improving order fill rate.

 

Project Manager for EPedigree management, ASN transmissions, and unit serialization with Datamatrix bar coding working with Nutech and VeriSign on a Pilot program to move into RFID serialization of date sensitive drugs at the unit level. Also working with the DOH and FDA regulations in Florida and California to accommodate Pedigree management.  

 

Project Manager over the implementation of Varsity Logistics Software to control the distribution of $300 million dollars in spare parts internationally annually. And many other projects at other companies.

  • Customers can go on line and find out the availability of parts before they place and order and then lock in the availability.
  • Designed and created the picking and packing software utilizing bar coded pick lists and hand held scanners. Bar coded parts labels, and bar coded locations management.
  • Manage all the systems and projects having to do with warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Designed and installed a picking system using bar coding also for finished goods assembly for the assembly floor. All compressors are had built and the parts are handpicked and staged for assembly.
