Responsibilities:

• Successfully implemented, trained, and enhanced Advanced Job Scheduler (AJS), System Job Scheduler, and HelpSystems’ Robot/SCHEDULE.
• Monitored, designed and applied security functions on DB2 and IFS file structure.
• Administered all functions related to IBM iSeries platform including: upgrades, software configuration, security, backup, disaster recovery and high availability, performance tuning, TCP/IP communications, and operator support.
• Utilized internal (iDoctor) and 3rd party tools (QSystem and QMessage Monitor) to continuously monitor and resolve performance and other system related issues.
